Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for driving positive change? We're looking for a Senior Associate, Communications to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. In this role, you'll spearhead our social media, web, and email content creation efforts, engaging audiences and amplifying our impact across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage our social media channels and email outreach with creativity and strategic finesse.
Develop and execute digital campaigns to expand our network, boost web traffic, and enhance donor support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce captivating multimedia content and infographics.
Craft compelling, SEO-friendly blog posts and monitor digital engagement to optimize results.
Stay abreast of digital trends and best practices, providing guidance and training to our thought leaders.
Assist with various communications tasks, including audience research, event support, and internal communications.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in social media, communications, or marketing.
Proven track record in managing social media platforms and analyzing performance metrics.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
Strong creative instincts and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud.
Proficiency in data analysis and experience with digital campaign planning and measurement.
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in global justice issues and a commitment to our mission and principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of HTML, content management systems, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization.
International experience and proficiency in Spanish are advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
