As part of our Programs and Policy team, you'll be at the forefront of advancing climate justice within a vibrant community of businesses across the US and Canada. From educating and empowering business leaders to advocating for policy changes, we're dedicated to creating a more equitable and sustainable economy.
Your Role:
As a Senior Associate, you'll be instrumental in developing and expanding programs to support companies in taking action on climate justice. From peer-to-peer coaching to policy engagement, your creativity and passion will drive positive change.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with partners and community leaders to develop impactful programming
Foster a thriving community of businesses committed to climate action
Build and nurture relationships with B Corps and other stakeholders
Support fundraising efforts and contribute to special projects
About You:
2-3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on climate-related issues
Understanding of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) principles
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Passion for making a difference and willingness to learn and grow
