This is what#LifeAtBNYMellonis all about. We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Clearance and Collateral Managementteam. This role is located in Orlando, FL- It is a hybrid role, working in the office and at home.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Has a background in trade clearance in multiple markets, including DTC, FRB, Crest, Euroclear, Canada and more.Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.Supports clients in addressing and resolving operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.Applies problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyse information.Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.Supports multiple client accounts.No direct reportsTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.Has developed written and oral communication skills to deliver high quality service.2-4 years of total work experienceExperience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.Familiar with Excel, Word and Power Point a plusAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
