Job Title: Senior Analyst IT Governance Location: Stamford, CT Duration: 6 months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Remote Job Summary: Primary Responsibilities Measure IT compliance against Client's IT Quality Management Framework/ IT Operating Model and Information Security Standards through IT Compliance Matrix & Metric
Act as IT Project Manager to facilitate delivery of IT managed projects (Infrastructure or applications)
Manage aspects of IT Service Management Systems (ServiceNow) including Change Management queue
Education and Experience Requirements
B.S. or Equivalent training/Certification Required
6+ years of relevant experience in Project and Quality Management and IT Operational Processes
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to operate under tight timelines, within specified quality and compliance goals.
Ability to work directly with IT Senior leadership team and interact with Business on a as needed basis.
Strong work ethic, learning and change agility, operating comfortably and effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Solid relationship skills and versatility of written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in ITIL, Infrastructure lifecycle management, ISO, Total Quality Management (TQM), CFR Part 11, PMI (Project Management).
Knowledge of good documentation practices, computer system validation and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Process oriented mind-set.
Strong knowledge of the following computer systems and software (at a minimum):
MS software packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer, MS Teams, and MS Project
ServiceNow, or any other ITSM tool
Document Management Systems
