This role will manage assigned corporate functions and systems, and provide support and leadership to operational and national departments. They will assist in the development and oversight of national uniform systems, procedures and resources used throughout the Dungarvin organization. This is a role that handles highly sensitive and confidential corporate information.
To collaborate with peers in a way which upholds the Dungarvin mission, providing and supporting solution focused, positive, and clear communications Work with the administrative support team, operational, and national departments, identify areas of efficiencies and opportunities for improvement To know, uphold, and support all policies and procedures To be an organizational resource; assisting in staff development, and providing open and honest communication with all personnel Manage national systems for forms, polices, and national admin procedures Arrange and assist with meetings, schedules, airfare/hotel arrangements, and event management Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Qualifications High school diploma or GED Certificate Three to five years' experience in supporting senior management and executives with administrative duties Minimum typing skills of 90 wpm Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive required; knowledge of other Microsoft Office products, including Access required Must be organized with solid time management and decision-making skills. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels in the organization and community Ability to work flexibly, self-directed and handle unexpected demands and incidents with professionalism Additional Information Information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
