Responsibilities
• Enter and balance accounts payable transactions• Monitor credit card charges and coding for expenses• Assist with various accounting team projects• Support Finance team with recurring monthly spreadsheets• Assist Financial administrators with help as needed• Process accounts payable transactions• Post all invoices into the accounting system• Handle and resolve disputed invoices• Request credits from vendors and reconcile company credit card accounts• Prepare vendor payments and create client invoices
Requirements
• Associate's degree in accounting or a relevant field• Process improvement, CI, and accounting/AP principles• At least 5+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting• Strong foundation in spreadsheets (Pivot tables, filters, formulas) Excel and Google Sheets• Strong verbal and written communication• Ability to communicate clearly with senior management• Ability to function as a team player• Enthusiasm to join a team that's growing quickly and making a difference in the industry
