Responsibilities:
Financial Insight: Prepare and distribute consolidated financial statements across multiple legal entities, providing key insights to our business leaders and senior management.
Strategic Analysis: Conduct advanced financial analysis for various business segments, ensuring accurate reporting and facilitating informed decision-making.
Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects and ad hoc reporting initiatives, contributing to the company's strategic objectives.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate annual financial and tax audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Month-End Close: Participate in the monthly and annual closing process, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet reconciliation.
System Optimization: Design and maintain efficient systems and processes, with a focus on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from a four-year university.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance-related fields, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP and business intelligence systems, with previous experience in advanced accounting and consolidation preferred.
Certification: CPA certification is a plus.
