Senior Accountant

Our client, a certified public accounting firm, have been partnering with financial service businesses looking to outsource specific functions for over 40 years. Headquartered in New York, expanding their locations to Boston, Miami, and Southern California, the firm provides clients with assortment of services from outsourced FinOp, PFO, POO to compliance, cybersecurity, and accounting.
Due to growth and rebranding of the company, the institution is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to join their their team in New York. The Senior Accountant will be expected to maintain and oversee client accounts. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with all accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and oversee staff Infuse annual financial statements/footnotes Support client's general ledger, such as payroll processing Help with regulatory examinations/annual certified audit Knowledge and Experience Required:
4-10 years of experience in financial services accounting Strong verbal skills Ability to manage QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
