Job Title: Senior Accountant
Salary: $75k - $80k
Location: Remote
Requirements: 3+ years of accounting experience and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

So, if you are an Accountant with a background in real estate, then apply today! What You Will Be Doing - Senior Accountant will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
- Real estate accounting experience is a plus!
