Responsibilities
• Handling bookkeeping for multiple companies using QuickBooks• Reconciling accounts on a monthly and as needed basis• Communicating directly with clients via phone, email, and video chat• Interpreting and applying accounting policies, rules, and regulations• Preparing financial reports through data analysis and summarization• Assisting clients with payroll setup and use of payroll software• Assisting clients in the on-boarding stage and any clean up work• Addressing and responding to potential issues proactively• Setting up and maintaining forecasting and budgeting for clients• Training Cycle CPA accounting staff and answering their questions
Requirements
• Ability to meet deadlines• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with QuickBooks• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with multiple clients• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business preferred• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Willingness to meet with clients in an advisory capacity• Ability to learn and use online software and technology• Enjoyment of the fast-paced entrepreneurial business environment
