Senior Accountant

This family-owned construction company is hiring for a Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience and their Bachelor's in Accounting. You'll be working with a small team supporting month-end close, posting journal entries, reconciling general ledgers, completing ad hoc research and projects. CPA or CPA candidates with public accounting experience strongly preferred but not required.
Required Skills 5+ years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Experience supporting month-end closes and general ledger (GL) reconciliation Bonus Skills CPA or CPA candidate Experience within public accounting firms Exposure to property & lease accounting and/or tax functions Familiarity with auditing and/or payroll processes Experience with SOX compliance Perks Health/dental/vision benefits WFH flexibility Career development & growth opportunities
