Job Duties and Responsibilities As part of our team, you will help build the financial foundation that makes cutting-edge innovation possible. You'll help establish and improve processes as we scale our Retail Wireless business and provide insight into our financial performance to help the business make better decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare month-end journal entries to ensure an accurate and timely close Analyze, investigate, and explain variances in the monthly income statement and balance sheet Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and maintain reconciliation subledger schedules Work with business partners in IT, Billing, and Business Operations teams to stay up to date on the latest product offerings Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data Skills, Experience and Requirements The ideal candidate will be excited about a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that rewards innovation, proactivity, and teamwork. This is a hands-on position with direct access to senior management and will play an important role in our success.
Education and Experience: Bachelor and/or master's degree(s) in accounting CPA, or equivalent qualification a plus Skills and Qualifications: Inherent curiosity and eagerness to learn complex and ever-evolving businesses Advanced Excel skills Self-motivated, able to problem solve creatively and meet expanding business needs as circumstances require Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
