Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development at DLC

Gallagher, Career Education Corporation, Deutsche Bank, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and a multitude of venture capital firms, hedge funds and private equity firms.
Our Consultants have a either an FP&A background, a CPA background or a blend of both. As a DLC Consultant, you will provide solutions across a wide variety of industries, companies, and functional disciplines.
On a Daily Basis, you will work directly with finance and operating executives at the Clients we serve.
What you will do:
position plays an integral role for the completion and filing of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) periodic reports (ie, Forms 10-Q/K, 8-K and 11-K) for UGI Corporation and certain subsidiaries' quarterly and annual public company financial statements in accordance with the accounting standards generally accepted in the U.S. ( GAAP)
financial statements and footnote disclosures included in the periodic reports and assists in various projects involving moderately complex accounting and financial reporting issues
incumbent performs research on moderately complex accounting, disclosures and financial reporting issues
and reviews the XBRL tagging of SEC filings and provides assistance in various other ad hoc projects
schedules and analyses of significant components of the financial statements and other analyses requested by senior management and complete moderately complex accounting and financial reporting processes
and execute the preparation of financial statements for the Company's various employee benefit plans, including timely interaction with key internal stakeholders and external auditors
support to the Technical Accounting department in technical research on moderately complex accounting and financial reporting issues through the use of various research tool
in the implementation of recent accounting pronouncements and SEC rules and regulations, considering the impact to the Company's and certain subsidiaries' periodic financial statements
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
MBA and/or CPA highly preferred
5+ years of relevant experience required
Effective stakeholder management experience with ability to influence & persuade key stakeholders
Ability to work and collaborate with others, to consider the needs of all affected groups, and to build/leverage relationships across functions and organizations to achieve business results
Decisive yet collaborative leadership style
Ability to work with others in a formal process for solving issues and problems
Strong written and oral communication skills

Compensation:
Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses.
DLC provides the stability of a regular, full-time salaried position with the security of an employment agreement
