As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for handling accounting tasks for various healthcare client practices, including overseeing month-end financial close and preparing accurate financial statements. You may also have the opportunity to be involved in the annual audit process as needed by our clients.
One of the key aspects of this role is the development and analysis of reporting for business operations and budgets. You will play a crucial role in gaining a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle process and its impact on business and revenue performance.
Your expertise in financial analysis will be put to use as you prepare and publish monthly revenue reports for our healthcare medical billing and practice management clients. Additionally, you'll engage in ad hoc data extraction and analysis of healthcare revenue data from client EMR and practice management systems.
Working closely with owners and senior management, your excellent communication skills will shine as you interact with them to address client practices effectively.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, as it complements the skill set required for the position.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end financial statement preparation is highly valued.
- Willingness to learn new billing/revenue platforms and extract data as needed.
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines with precision.
- Previous experience in accounting or related fields will be advantageous.
