What you will do- Receive telephone calls and act as a key contact regarding a variety of order-related requests, including but not limited to: pricing, scheduling, information updates, shipping, and delivery status pre- and post-sale Process customer orders via EDI, phone, email, or fax and determine status of existing orders, including shipment tracking. Provide detailed product information to customers as requested through order entry or order-related inquiries. Provide information to and/or research problems for the sales force and/or customers, coordinating with other departments as needed. Process customer and Sales Representative returns and customer complaints and enter issues into the complaint system Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders (as defined by the company) that are submitted electronically, by fax or by phone within same day of receipt. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and comments and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, and work together to meet service sales goals Work with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management Resolve production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems; determine validity of warranty claims and schedules repair resources; change production and shipping schedules What you need- High School diploma – prefer Associates Degree or equivalent work experience Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. ERP systems, SAP, Outlook, Access, Excel and Word) Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and report generation Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills $21.05 – $28.48 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
