As an SEM Specialist / Manager at AA Medical, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall SEO strategy. Your role will involve web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our online marketing efforts align with our business objectives and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and opportunities for content optimization. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using various tools and metrics, providing regular reports on progress and outcomes. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, social media, and email marketing. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and SEO-friendly content. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Set up and manage web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of SEO and SEM campaigns. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance online marketing efforts. Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals and enhances user engagement. Work with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and meets quality standards. Oversee the production and promotion of content that drives organic traffic and conversions. Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy to improve domain authority and search engine rankings. Identify and pursue opportunities for obtaining high-quality backlinks from relevant websites. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of link-building efforts. Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities and refine existing keyword lists. Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for target keywords. Monitor keyword rankings and adjust the strategy as needed. Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEM Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on SEO. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices. Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Experience with web analytics tools and data analysis. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM. Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications. Experience in the healthcare or medical industry. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
