Responsibilities
• Assist the Manager in sales staff, showroom floor, and store operations• Act as manager on duty when required• Serve customers and sell products• Perform all duties required of a Sales Consultant• May conduct sales training and sales review• Provide sales support as needed• May work with Sales Consultant on MySalesCenter• May motivate sales associates to create higher sales performance• May supervise sales team and conduct sales meetings• May open/close the store and provide office coverage• May count cash boxes and take deposits to the bank• Prepare bank deposits and daily closing summary• Maintain an organized and secure office environment• Answer incoming calls• Review unconfirmed sales for the next 8 delivery days• Process customer sales and account transactions• Handle customer complaints and follow up on customer service tickets• Work on expected deliveries and schedule deliveries as needed• Run and work the daily reports• Communicate with Havertys Credit Services for account requests and follow-up
