Secureone Security Services is currently recruiting additional motivated, responsible leaders to join our leadership team as a Security Lead Officers in Tucson, Arizona! Position Overview: Schedule: Night shift- TBD between hours of 8p-6a (Discussed further in interview) Compensation: $20.54-$22.04 Hourly DOE POSITION OVERVIEW Present a mature, level-headed demeanor and embodies Secureone core values, uniform appearance and job/post knowledge and leads by example, setting the Secureone standard for all employees to follow. At the direction of Field Supervisors and management, assists operations with the initial on the job training, and continued career development of Security/Patrol Officers. Assists, as needed in issuance of uniforms, equipment inventory, fleet maintenance and other clerical or technical duties at the discretion of the Operations Manager. Identifies areas of employee performance improvement, and site development and presents ideas, and concerns of these areas to designated Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Area/Field Manager for review. Aides Field Supervisors and management in reviewing SilverTrac applications on assigned shifts, providing feedback to Field Supervisors and management of employees out of compliance. In the absence of the Field Supervisor, supervises shift operations including Security and Patrol Officers in designated region and ability to make decisions on their own during critical situations and in the best interest of the business operation. In the absence of the Field Supervisor, conducts attendance checks for region and completes shift TDL tasks as assigned. Evaluates Security Officer performance and identifies Security Officers in violation of SecureOne policies and procedures and submits observations to the designated Field Supervisor for review and determination of action to be taken. Identifies, creates and submits Service Failure Reports upon occurrence on areas to include but not limited to employee tardiness, open posts, missed patrol stops, abandoned post, and officer performance. Patrols in a marked security vehicle to the various patrol accounts as needed serving as a deterrent to suspicious activity and persons while documenting activity while on site. Additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS FOR SECURITY LEAD OFFICER At least 25 years old. Must obtain, by the first day of work, required security licenses (we can provide assistance with this if needed) High school diploma or equivalent Legal right to work in the United States Ability to pass an in-depth criminal background check and drug screening. Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English. Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Valid phone number and working cell phone. Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English. Physical ability to stand, walk, or enter/exit a vehicle the majority of your shift. ABOUT SECUREONE, INC.
