We are currently seeking compassionate people to join our talented team as a Security - Front Desk Attendant for the Overnight Shift!
Saturday and Sunday, 10:00PM - 6:00AM, every other weekend schedule!
As the Security - Front Desk Overnight Attendant, you will help maintain a quiet and safe environment for our guests, residents and team members. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, have excellent customer service skills and be a resource for all persons.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
Performs security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
Watches for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Provides assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Investigates and prepares reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
Maintains thorough familiarity with the community safety procedures with the ability to act in a supervisor capacity during an emergency.
Housekeeping in common areas, admin offices, and help maintain bathroom cleanliness
The ideal candidate will: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Organized, detail conscious, and self-initiating
Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
A commitment to a high degree of confidentiality and security
Respect the confidentiality of all residents and staff information and records
Prior experience working nights is strongly preferred
Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
