In this role you and your team will be responsible for the recurring reporting requirements of a public company;  the technical accounting determinations and rollouts; myriad special projects of a growing and acquisitive organization.

A CPA from a Big 4 CPA firm with 3-4 busy seasons completed with SEC registrants as some of your clients?  OR

A CPA who started their career in a Big 4 firm and is currently a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager in the financial reporting team of an SEC registrant?
