Salary Range: $15-$17 - DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday Full Time 9:30-6:30 PM or Part Time 1:00-6:00
Location: Multiple openings in the Salt Lake Valley: Murray, Midvale, Sugarhouse, Rose Park & Glendale.

Your Role in Making Magic Happen: As a YDP, you'll be the architect of unforgettable experiences, guiding youth aged 5-17 through a world of engaging activities. Your days will be filled with:
Dynamic Planning: Craft and execute daily activities that inspire, engage, and empower our members. Heartfelt Connection: Build rapport with youth, offering mentorship, guidance, and leadership development opportunities. Safety First: Ensure the well-being of all members by maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Creativity Unleashed: Plan special events and outings that spark imagination, curiosity, and joy. Team Spirit: Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver excellence in youth programming. What You Bring to the Table: Passion for Impact: Thrive in high-energy, dynamic environments, and enjoy working with youth from diverse backgrounds. Organizational Ninja: Juggle multiple tasks with ease, always delivering with attention to detail and timeliness. People Person: Communicate effectively with members, peers, parents, and community stakeholders. Self-Starter: Take initiative in both independent and collaborative settings, sharing your talents and interests with enthusiasm. Education and Experience: Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong group management skills.
