The position of Marketing Admin is responsible for supporting the Marketing & Customer Insights team in transitioning existing sales and marketing collateral into new brand standards. This is a part-time position requiring 10+ hours of work per week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Transition sales and marketing collateral to new brand standards. Proofread content for tone and grammar prior to publication. Assist in projects related to branding, content creation and social media marketing. Support marketing team in other administrative tasks, as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Suite; specifically, PowerPoint and Word InDesign experience preferred Special Considerations and Prerequisites Strong attention to detail Excellent written communication skills Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic plans Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality Individual follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance
