Seasonal HR Coordinator (Distribution Center) Location Las Vegas, NV : PFSW Company Statement: PFS is the premier eCommerce order fulfillment provider. Seasonal Human Resources (HR) Coordinator The HR Coordinator is a highly motivated individual with the ability to provide HR support to our distribution center team.
Responsibilities Deliver high level of customer service to Team Members and Leaders. Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires to ensure all pre-employment, onboarding and training requirements are successfully completed. Fulfillment of requests from managers with prior approval from HR Manager. Maintain employee personnel files that will include information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews/ evaluations, and termination. Maintain employee uniforms and yearly replenishment. Responsible for filing and organizing of paperwork for employee personnel files. Assist in tour needs as requested from management Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, Required Bachelor's degree, Preferred PHR certification or equivalent Preferred 0- 3 years HR or Administrative experience, Required 2+ years warehouse or distribution center experience, Preferred 2+ years of data entry, Required Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn other applications and programs as needed Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as work in a team environment Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required (during peak season) Personal Characteristics Self-starter and the ability to work independently Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking Excellent written and verbal communications skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and discretion Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Maximizing time efficiently Strong critical thinking skills Analytical/problem-solving skills Pre-employment background screening will be conducted PFSweb Inc., is an EEO/AA - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
