Seasonal Customer Service Representative Location Columbia, SC : PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Edible Arrangements is currently hiring for the upcoming "Mother's Day" holiday. The pay rate is $13.00 for Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for trained and well groomed Customer Service Representatives. While working for Edible Arrangements you will be thoroughly trained on our computer systems. This way you will be able to "Wow" each customer. We are looking for pleasant, humble, enthusiastic, team player, confident, people person, kind spirit, and firm on your decisions kind of employees. You will need to follow protocol and company policies in order to fulfill this position. You will take orders over the phone and in person. You will need to be able to sell our products and stand firm on making sure you make no exceptions on the rules just to please a customer. We need "Go Getters" as we are trying to over achieve sales and break new goals this year. We provide lunch for 2 days only on May 11th & May 13th. Requirements Positive attitude Willingness to learn and follow policies You must be proactive No cellphones allowed during shift.
