The Cool Guy, LLC is a family owned and operated HVAC company that provides residential and commercial services. These include installation, replacement, and maintenance services. We are a growing company that's looking for someone who is willing and able to grow with us. We have built a reputation of excellence, integrity, and keeping it Cool in the Phoenix Metro area. We would like to hire a person with these same ideals for a position as a Cool Guy Customer Service Representative from June-October with possibility of permanent employment.

Job Description: As a customer service representative, you are the first link between a client and our business. The first impression they get when calling in and the one that will help establish that relationship.

Duties:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with basic product information, and issue resolution
Strategically schedule and dispatch our technician teams.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or sales opportunities
Utilize software to document customer interactions and update account information
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
Close jobs by collecting payments, rescheduling, and sending estimates.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English
Proven experience in customer service roles
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable services
Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented, punctual, and dependable.
Most importantly, the ability to work well with others and have fun!
