Responsibilities
• Provide a high level of customer service, adhering to the WOW Customer Service standards• Describe, promote, and sell basic products and services• Refer customers to other appropriate team members of the Bank when necessary• Consistently meet or exceed sales referrals set by management• Accurately processes customer transactions• Balances the CSA cash drawer and the Vault Cash• Adheres to all bank policies and federal regulations• Keep current on Products and Services offered by the bank• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent education/training• Excellent oral and written communication• Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors• Strong math and interpersonal skills• Computer skills• Minimum of one (1) year working in customer service, sales or a banking position preferred• NMLS not required, but considered a plus• Valid Driver's License• Localized travel within the bank's footprint• Ability to sit or stand for sustained periods of time• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
