This hourly (non-exempt) temporary position is responsible for a variety of functions within the loan processing and closing department to assist the daily operations and help with special projects where needed. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and/or deliver miscellaneous documents and disclosures as dictated by regulation and/or business needs. Monitor shared email boxes for incoming documents and requests. Print and/or process various departmental reports as needed. Complete OFAC searches as needed at least weekly. Support the efforts of the Retail Loan Department with activities and projects as assigned by management. Other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: General office skills required with general/basic computer skills including accurate data entry, word processing and database reporting. Good written and verbal communication skills along with professional behavior mandatory at all times. This is a temporary part-time position with a maximum of 25 hours per week with some flexibility in the schedule, based on the volume of work and the employee's availability.
