The team leads critical management efforts related to the complete software development lifecycle of projects supporting two applications: Equity Edge Online (EEO) and E*TRADE Stock Plan (ESP). The team is well structured with a mapping of Agile squads supporting multiple software development initiatives. The team closely interacts with the business to work on the project schedule, determine the scope, secure the related funding, and work closely with the development teams to execute and deliver the projects/initiatives. The team is also responsible for efficiently managing the project (through a hybrid Agile methodology) and also carries out cross-team networking and interactions to remove impediments.Position DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to support multiple projects/ initiatives within an Agile squads. As part of this role, the candidate is expected to have strong Scrum Master, as well as Project Management skills to support department initiatives. The candidate will work closely with all the critical stakeholders to successfully steer successful project outcomes. The candidate will work on multiple technology projects/work initiatives supporting the Business. The candidate will work with all the core development teams, other support teams, and drive efficient planning and execution and manage cross-team dependencies. In addition, the candidate will need to comprehend business requirements to make informed decisions in support of project execution and delivery. It is important to stress that strong interpersonal skills and team spirit are required in addition to the ability to proficiently deliver verbal and written communications.
