You Create Chemistry By... Developing next generation state of the art OEM coatings including low bake and UV curable technologies Developing sustainable paint application method including overspray-free technology Completing technology submissions and approvals from OEMs Communicating effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally If you... Have a bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science, preferably with 1-2 years' of experience in automotive coatings Have organic/polymer chemistry knowledge and ability to apply creative chemistry in coatings materials science Have experience with statistical analysis and Design of Experiments to solve scientific problems Have a positive and teamworking spirit Then...
