Responsibilities
• Supervising and directing educational programming and funding initiatives• Collaborating with the Director of Leadership and Professional Development for faculty development• Working with the Residency Director to increase educational offerings and develop new GME programs• Improving the teaching of medical students and overseeing department grand rounds and CME offerings• Representing the Department at institutional education meetings• Developing educational program evaluation processes and ensuring compliance with standards• Promoting diversity and inclusion within the department
Requirements
• Board-certified MD/DO or PhD• Experience as a residency or fellowship program director preferred
