Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year We are excited to invite skilled individuals to apply for the position of Human Resources/Talent Manager, playing a vital role within our organization's leadership team overseeing a small school network with two campuses and approximately 100 employees. The chosen candidate will be responsible for a range of essential employee services encompassing Human Resources, including but not limited to complex technical, administrative, and clerical duties related to employee records management, benefits administration, payroll processing, absence management, and workers' compensation. Additionally, this role involves analyzing organizational talent processes and updating operational policies and protocols accordingly.
