POSITION SUMMARY: The Selling Coordinator is responsible for representing Bergdorf Goodman in a specific department to ensure clients are provided with BG customer service experience, through assisting sellers. Offering solid and progressive professional experience in fashion coordinating, styling and management operations in the fashion industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate strong abilities in handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment. Skilled at performing independently or within a team and exceeds all operational goals and objectives. Ability to seamlessly work with vendor representative in collaboration with BS. Create a welcoming environment by greeting, approaching and directing customers. Connects with clients in a friendly and meaningful way. Partners with others to provide the best client experience. Seamlessly interacts and introduces customers to associates. Makes every client interaction a personal and seamless experience. Direct traffic flow by escorting clients through store floors for ringing. Ringing transactions and graciously processing returns. Educates self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services. Promotes benefits of the InCircle program and opens new accounts. Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor Supports team with merchandise protection standards. Assist with Inventory management, reconciliation, and annual inventory count. Assist with VIC appointments. Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business. Walks clients out at closing and assures that all last-minute clients are assisted. Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
