A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHEDULING DISPATCHER As a Scheduling Dispatcher, you play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our company. An organizer to the core, you effectively manage the schedules of our technicians, scheduling initial meetings as well as rescheduling overflow appointments. Each day, you coordinate between our clients and field staff to assign the right tech to the right job. You can also be counted on to accurately maintain our customer database. Always personable and friendly, you update customers throughout the day with updates on their service appointments and answer questions as needed. Your friendly demeanor helps you build lasting relationships with our amazing customers as well as our skilled technicians. Throughout your day, you will communicate with the Customer Service Representatives on-call needs and the Service Manager to complete daily reporting of dispatching activities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SCHEDULING DISPATCHER Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the home services industry (preferred but not required) Exceptional communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions to address changing circumstances Ability to work in a process-oriented environment with keen attention to detail A strong degree of self-motivation to provide a world-class customer service experience Ability to comfortably make outbound calls WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SCHEDULING DISPATCHER This position typically works 40-42 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
