As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are the bridge between our contractors and our customers. In this administrative role, you work in our office, scheduling appointments for inspections and subcontractor work on new and ongoing construction projects. An excellent communicator, you keep customers up to date on upcoming appointments, ensuring they are always informed when subcontractors will be arriving on the job site. You also follow up with subcontractors & home owners to confirm appointments.
Your excellent organizational skills keep our business running smoothly. You plan and coordinate monthly schedules for small- and large-scale projects, ensuring that appointments are coordinated for maximum efficiency. 2+ years of scheduling experience (preferred) Experience working with Scheduling Basic knowledge of construction projects and timelines related to building and remodeling Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to handle difficult situations with customers 50wpm with a high accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Great communication skills Previous experience in Scheduling/Dispatch, will train the right candidate Handle high call volume Multi-tasking while on the phone Reliable Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with possibility of overtime This is a fully in office position.
