Salary 80,815 - 123,244 USD per year Requirements: - - Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration or a related field, with at least five years of experience in the implementation and support of business information systems, including two years of supervisory experience.
- Three years of experience in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) controls, PLC/RTU systems administration, application support, operating systems, networks, wireless communications, software, and hardware in a water/wastewater environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred.
- Established project management experience involving sizable projects and the ability to identify, research and recommend equipment and/or software improvements and upgrades.
Responsibilities: - - Administer and support all Utilities Department wide SCADA Systems in both a water and wastewater environment.
- Manage SCADA system expansions/updates/upgrades and coordinate SCADA network communications.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate the work of technical, non-technical staff and vendors/contractors.
- Collaborate with engineers and system integrators on existing SCADA systems as well new design requirements.
- Negotiate and coordinate managed care and sole source agreements.

- Collaborate with IST on network and server hardware needs and changes.
- Work with the Procurement Department on purchasing requests.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to ensure technology adheres to system development methodology and policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Perform emergency response and triage for plant operations for all SCADA systems.
- Maintain documentation for technical processes, procedures, and training materials for applications, databases, and systems.
