Responsibilities
• Report to Team Chief and support Senior Analyst Manager and Senior Control Workstation Instructor Controller Manager• Communicate with Operations Group Bravo Team members for labor and travel requirements• Use Exercise Planning and Travel Management System (EPTMS)• Travel with contractor personnel and other supporting teams when necessary• Coordinate travel and exercises with team secretaries and sub-contractor teams• Audit expense reports and answer CONCUR questions• Communicate changes and support travel anomalies• Assist with airline and travel agency issues• Train new Admin Assistants• Interface with military supply for supplies
Requirements
• High School Degree OR General Education Diploma (GED)• 4 years' of progressive Administrative/Clerical/Travel Manager work experience• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)• Ability to acquire and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance
