We are looking for an upbeat, positive, and results-oriented individual to join the MT SI&D team. As part of this team, you will be the Business Lead supporting the MT Network Strategy and Resilience capability. You will partner with the Enterprise Team and Ethicon, Vision Care, DePuy Synthes, and Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions franchises.
The successful candidate will need to have a passion for supply chain, be strong in orchestrating cross-function/cross-franchise, navigating complex supply chains, have experience in project management and change management, can develop processes and tools, and can collect, interpret, and analyze data that will provide business relevant insights. Responsibilities: Capture and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations Proven experience in data analysis, including data cleaning, transformation, and visualization Build and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and insights to team members Support communication and teamwork by facilitating effective meetings and presentations, etc. Orchestrate cross-franchise and/or cross-function to deliver on value for the business Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standard processes in data analysis and project management, and apply them to improve our data analysis capabilities Qualifications: Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree and/or University degree required; focused degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred Required: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional work experience Experience in Supply Chain Preferred: Medical Device industry experience Experience in Project management Change management experience Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, Qlik, or Spotfire to visualize and communicate data analysis Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis to support data extraction from internal systems Proficiency in Excel and/or Smartsheets to manage and analyze data High energy, passion, tact, and ability to effectively get along with team members Other: May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $144,900/yr . This job posting is anticipated to close on 4/12/24 . The Company may however extend this time-period, in which case the posting will remain available on to accept additional applications. The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
