Saw Operator

Job Description
Set up, and operate saws or machines that cut or trim Foam products to specified dimensions, such as band saws, hand saws, or other saw machines.
Inspect products for imperfections or to standards and quantities. Need to be able to read a tape measure and perform basic math to set stops and guides to the specified length of each job. Work Experience Saw operation or equivalent manufacturing experience. Read and comprehend work orders and count qty. Read and interpret part and assembly drawings. Read and comprehend work instructions. understanding the process flow fabrication department. Ability to maximize process flow and efficiency in assembly jobs.
