City Group Hospitality is a lively culinary atmosphere and is looking for someone to work with a close-knit team at our flagship location: City Pork Brasserie. We emphasize creating an environment that welcomes everyone and maintains a high standard for food and people. We are now accepting applications for an experienced and hardworking Prep Cook. Growth and personal advancement encouraged towards culinary goals to grow into a line cook, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef position within the company. Individuals who apply must submit a current resume and should have the following skills and attributes: · A passion for food including a desire to continue education to build new menu items when requested and a love of cooking.

· Open Availability, Ability to work late nights, Ability to work 10+ hour shifts

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the quality and speed of food services
· Cleanliness and hygiene
· Able to cross-train and work efficiently in different departments
· Knowledge of food handling
Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time
$11.50 - $13.50 per Hour

Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
