Develop business process training using the methods:- Quick reference guides- Instructor-led training / Virtual instructor-led training- Web-based training•          Ensure new business process procedures are incorporated in training courses•          Communicate and clarify course content with business process team•          Revise training materials according to review process•          Review and refine work instructions developed by the business process teams•          Assist in identification of training environment requirements•          Perform data load into training environment and set up tables and required master and transactional data for exercises and case scenarios•          Test exercises for usability purposes•          Educate, train and coach instructors•          Deliver training to the organization (if required)•          Report work progress to training leads and training managerCICNA_24IBMCICSAP
