As the SAP Program Manager , you will be responsible for successfully managing all aspects of SAP projects for existing SAP ECC platform and planned S/4HANA platform. This includes project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation within given business strategies. You must be able to expertly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the course of a project and have strong interpersonal skills, as well as an understanding of how different departments within an organization interact with one another.
You'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
What we need from you:
7+ years of SAP project management experience.
Experience in leading new SAP implementations and extending current SAP solutions.
Experience with SAP on-premise solutions (ECC, BW, CRM, APO, HR, PO) and SAP cloud solutions (Ariba, Concur, Commerce, Cloud for Commerce, Datasphere, etc.).
Experience with a minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA, Private Cloud and SAP RISE preferred.
Experience defining system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Ability to evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams.
Experienced in SAP Enterprise architecture.
Experienced on an SAP functional area.
PMP and / or Scrum certification highly desired.
Experience with different methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.
Self- starter with strong time management and organizational skills
Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
Experience delivering software in Enterprise Environments.
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, management information systems or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
