Title: SAP MII / MES Consultant
Location: (Louisville / Lexington) Kentucky





Job details: Support and Deliver MES Solution via remote access to the application solution developed using SAP ME/MII/UI5 Advice and Guidance to the Users of the system Investigating system errors, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions Responding to user queries and resolving technical issues related to SAP MII / MES Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing processes. Troubleshooting integration issues and maintaining data consistency Analyzing data flow and ensuring data integrity within SAP MII. Preventative Maintenance e.g., daily checks Support for multiple environments: Sandpit, Dev, QA, Pre-Production and Production SLA & Service review via Teleconference every month assess tickets. Investigation of Incidents and provision of Fixes in accordance with SLAs Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
