Job Responsibilities Greet customers and provide them with information about available vehicles Answer questions about vehicle features, financing options, and warranties Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features Negotiate pricing and complete sales transactions Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Proficient with CRM software Education and/or Experience Bilingual is a plus Previous experience in car sales or a related field Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits We offer a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package, as well as opportunities for advancement within the company.
