Salesforce Technical Architect - Manufacturing Cloud Location: Union Beach, NJ (Hybrid) and Remote can be considered for good profile Mode of Hire: FTE Responsibilities
Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities.
Ensures that the program is technically sound, evidence-based, and consistent with stakeholders' priorities.
Provides oversight of program implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans, and project performance
Oversees the selection and training of qualified program staff, assigning clear roles and responsibilities, providing effective supervision, and managing performance to ensure efficient operations.
Ensures the project produces the specified results in the monthly workplan(s) to the required standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters.
Conducts monthly reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of financial deliverables and obligations.
Ensures that the project progresses in accordance to its contractual obligations and complies with regulations and internal organizational policies.
Works closely with PM and SM to ensure compliance with programmatic targets and deliverables.
Develops a detailed implementation plan in line with the agreed scope, timelines and resources.
Oversees development of a monitoring and evaluation plan for the successive phases of the project to capture project performance and results
Recommend changes to keep projects on track
Coordinate project managers to make sure work is being done properly
Make alternative plans if initial project planning is inadequate
Present to investors, business partners and company executives
Track planned effort against actual effort and make changes as needed
Makes sure projects are aligned with overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization and, if not, revises plan to make them so
Oversees all project implementation related to project management, including monitoring and reporting, financials transactions, execution of project plans and performance
Selects and manages the training of project teams, assigning clear roles and responsibilities, providing effective supervision and managing performance
Ensures projects deliver specified results and meet quality expectations
Creates and manages project budgets
Regularly updates clients, stakeholders and executives with reports on the progress and performance of projects
Identify and mitigate project risk to avoid delays and cost overruns
Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they're in compliance
Guides individual project managers across a portfolio of projects
Required Qualifications and Background
At lest the Bachelor degree in a relevant field from an accredited university with at least 15 years of experience in a leadership position managing IT development programs, at least eight of which managing Salesforce projects.
Experience managing, designing, implementing, and evaluating multi-million dollars, multicountry projects
Demonstrated diplomatic, management, and communication skills to liaise with Management and other key stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,
Minimum certified:
Salesforce Administrator
Project management certification
