What will you be doing?:
At BDO, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by:
Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions using Salesforce
Leading and managing Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members on Salesforce best practices, solutions, and tools
Designing and configuring Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and reports
Conducting testing and quality assurance on Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are scalable
Providing training and support to clients on Salesforce solutions
Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to continuously improve our services and offerings.
What do you bring to the table?:
At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a proven track record in delivering successful projects
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions
Experience in configuring Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and reports
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Customer-oriented mindset with empathy, negotiation skills, and flexibility
Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
