Job Summary:
Join our team as a Salesforce and Application Engineer/Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our business applications and platforms. We are seeking a proactive individual who excels in gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, and managing product roadmaps. Collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members is crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Salesforce backups and data archiving processes
Collaborate on Salesforce platform integrations and tools
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Design and implement automations using Flow Builder
Configure Salesforce settings such as Custom Fields, Page Layouts, and Quick Actions
Manage user settings including Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets
Develop and release updates through modern DevOps tools
Maintain technical documentation and optimize platform features
Proactively manage system health and assist with user support tickets
Implement and manage integrations with external applications
Skills/Abilities:
Required:
Strong Salesforce product knowledge and 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Independent thinker with excellent collaboration skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Apex code
Experience with Salesforce integrations using middleware
Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus
Proficiency with Salesforce admin and developer tools
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Note: Remote work considered in select states including CO, CT, FL, IL, KY, MI, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT. Travel to Franklin, TN office may be required on a quarterly basis.
