we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring seamless functionality to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to organize and architect our Salesforce CRM to support data-driven decision-making.
Serving as the primary system administrator for Salesforce, supporting over 60 users.
Building and customizing sales and marketing tech stack solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Gathering and implementing detailed requests for system improvements and changes.
Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimal integration.
Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
Partnering with Sales and other departments to execute sales processes effectively.
Owning and managing Salesforce data hygiene, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
Evaluating and implementing new Salesforce releases, while providing training and support.
Documenting processes, error reports, and workflows to ensure clarity and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in sales ops, SFDC development, SFDC architecture, or SFDC administration.
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, innovative environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
Experience in SaaS organizations is preferred.
Strong ownership, prioritization, and task completion skills.
Ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Capacity to thrive in ambiguous situations, problem-solve effectively, and adapt quickly.
Preferred Requirements:
SFDC Certified Administrator or SFDC Certified Advanced Administrator.
Working knowledge of Outreach, Gong, and a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo).
Understanding of the Healthcare industry.
