As the Sales Team Manager, will oversee a team of Sales Account Managers. The primary focus of this role is to lead and mentor the CounselLink Account Management Team. Additionally, you will be responsible for pipeline development and forecast accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the legal industry.
Responsibilities
+ Hiring, training, and coaching a team of Sale Account Managers to achieve sales targets
+ Having knowledge of Legal SaaS Software and Professional Services or willingness to learn
+ Achieving company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
+ Developing and implementing strategies to retain existing clients and maximize upselling opportunities
+ Creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
+ Collaborating with cross-functional team managers, Customer Success, and Support, to ensure the successful delivery and support of solutions to clients
+ Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
Requirements
+ Have legal industry experience, specifically high-value corporate legal clients
+ Have proven experience in sales leadership roles (SaaS Software & Professional Services industry a plus)
+ Display excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
+ Have a great track record of engaging with executives from Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Have a deep understanding of the corporate legal industry and legal operations
+ Have great analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
+ Display proficiencies in CRM software and other sales enablement tools. Salesforce experience is ideal
