Responsibilities
• Drive new business at or above sales targets• Effectively present products to clients and move through defined sales cycle quickly• Update CRM with new and current client information• Attend weekly sales meeting and trainings to continually build industry knowledge and personal development• Train new agents to predefined standards• Lead a high-performing sales team by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to excellence• Lead by example within sales training and providing exceptional service to our clients
Requirements
• 5 years of proven sales success; i.e. well above average results• Previous leadership experience• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle• 4-year bachelor's degree (others will be considered with significant professional experience)• Health and Life Insurance Producer license (or able to obtain upon offer - license reimbursement available)
