Responsibilities
• Assist in inventory accuracy and management• Lead inventory check-in and print barcodes• Manage bi-weekly inventory reconciliation• Manage on order, paid not received report• Lead No Charge report management• Manage Estimate Report and review deal estimates• Send UCC and EDA data• Assist sales team in ensuring participation goals are met• Apply data analytics principles to process improvement• Assist in Cat National Program enrollments• Process change requests in COTI and/or SharePoint• Assist sales operations team with Deal Sheets• Utilize Purchase Order System for generating POs• Build and maintain personal relationships within sales team and company• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Graduate or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred• 1-2 years related work experience preferred• Must possess teamwork and continuous improvement aptitude• Attention to detail and customer-centric approach• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Excellent communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
